The ProKerb series provide robust yet simple to operate units that are extremely reliable and easy to maintain due to their straight forward and practical design.

Steering and height adjustments are manually operated from the front of the machine. They offer a smoother and more functional action in comparison to Electric / Hydraulic systems.

Each mould is hand crafted and constructed from tough, wear resistant steel and comes complete with stainless steel finishing trowels. This ensures a quality finish every time.

Moulds can be manufactured to meet your unique specifications or to any given local Council requirements.

To aid maneuverability around the site, a quick release Jockey wheel unit is easily fitted to the back of moulds enabling the machine to be pushed around with ease.

All new Machines are accompanied with a comprehensive, easy to follow operation manual and if required a demonstration can be arranged.

We have a comprehensive parts and service backup supported by our experienced and skilled tradesmen ensuring items are always made to the highest quality.

A small crew can achieve production rates of up to 600 mtrs of laid kerbing per day.

The turning radius of the RP-400 is dependent on the mould profile. A Nib Kerb mould is able to turn within a 1.5 metre radius.
